  • The course/workshop/coaching session(s) provided by Flourish Financially (Dr. Sophie Jablonski and Ms. Minna Schmidt) does not constitute personal medical, financial, investment, legal or tax advice. The information or service is for informational purposes only
  • Flourish Financially (Dr. Sophie Jablonski and Ms. Minna Schmidt) does not sell or provide any financial products, but provides guidance on general financial health principles, planning and options
  • Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice. Coaching is a non-therapeutic, thought-provoking, and creative process designed to support the client in achieving their personal and professional goals. It does not replace mental health care, and if you are under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that you notify them of your participation in coaching.
  • All decisions are taken by individuals on their own – Flourish Financially (Dr. Sophie Jablonski and Ms. Minna Schmidt) does not assume any liability

General

  • Flourish Financially (Dr. Sophie Jablonski and Ms. Minna Schmidt) provides financial & life coaching and training exclusively based on these General Terms and Conditions (“T&C”). By engaging Flourish Financially (Dr. Sophie Jablonski and Ms. Minna Schmidt) to conduct this course/workshop/coaching session(s) (“Course”), the counterpart (“Client”) confirms their knowledge and acceptance of these T&C and agrees to be bound by them.
  • Any quote is valid for 60 days as of the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in a quote.

Registration

  • By accepting a written quote and/or registering for a Course the Client enters into a binding contract with Flourish Financially (Dr. Sophie Jablonski and Minna Schmidt), whether such acceptance is made orally, in writing or other digital form (such as email or through a website sign-up process).

Course Fees

  • The Course fees listed in this quote include local VAT, where applicable and are subject to change at any time without further notification.
  • Invoices are payable by Client within 14 days in full and in the invoice currency unless otherwise stated on the invoice. Once the payment term has expired, Flourish Financially (Dr. Sophie Jablonski and Ms. Minna Schmidt) reserves the right to charge 5% p.a. late payment interest.
  • The Course fees include all required materials.

Change and Cancellation

  • The registration to a Course is binding. Client is authorized to change the participant to a Course before the start of such Course free of charge. In case of cancellation or absence of the Client, the Course fees remain due and payable.
  • Flourish Financially (Dr. Sophie Jablonski and Ms. Minna Schmidt) will inform client no later than 15 days before Course start on whether the Course will be held as planned. Flourish Financially (Dr. Sophie Jablonski and Ms. Minna Schmidt) reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or otherwise change a Course due to organizational or technical reasons.
  • In case of a cancellation or change by Flourish Financially (Dr. Sophie Jablonski and Ms. Minna Schmidt), Client is entitled to either reschedule the Course date or a proportionate refund of the Course fees. Flourish Financially (Dr. Sophie Jablonski and Ms. Minna Schmidt) shall not be liable for any indirect or direct damages of Client in connection with a cancellation, rescheduling or change of a Course.

Copyright

  • All rights (incl. copyrights) to the Course and all accompanying materials are the exclusive property of Flourish Financially (Dr. Sophie Jablonski and Ms. Minna Schmidt). The Course and all accompanying materials or parts thereof may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, displayed, posted, transmitted, processed, printed, shared, (re)published, or used for public presentation — even for the creation of own courses — in any form or by any means without prior written permission by Flourish Financially (Dr. Sophie Jablonski and Ms. Minna Schmidt). Client is not authorized to record the Course (audio / video) without prior written permission by Flourish Financially (Dr. Sophie Jablonski and Ms. Minna Schmidt).
  • Flourish Financially (Dr. Sophie Jablonski and Ms. Minna Schmidt) is authorized to promote scenes of the Course via social media and other marketing channels, after approval of the Client.

Disclaimer and No Warranty

  • Flourish Financially (Dr. Sophie Jablonski and Minna Schmidt) does not provide personal medical, financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Any guidance or coaching provided constitutes general financial health principles, criteria for selection and options only.
  • All decisions based on the Course are taken by the Client on their own and under their own responsibility.
  • Flourish Financially (Dr. Sophie Jablonski and Minna Schmidt) does not provide any warranty, in particular as to specific outcomes or results.

Liability and Insurance

  • Flourish Financially (Dr. Sophie Jablonski and Minna Schmidt) shall not be liable for any damages with the exclusion of willful or grossly negligent acts as far as permitted by applicable legislation.
  • Client shall be responsible for any insurance coverage at the Course venue.

Miscellaneous

  • Flourish Financially (Dr. Sophie Jablonski and Minna Schmidt) is permitted to use the services of third parties for the execution of a Course, regardless of type and content.
  • These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Luxembourg to the exclusion of private international law. Any and all disputes, claims or litigation arising from or related in any way to the T&C shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Luxembourg.
