Terms & Conditions

1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services, courses, programmes, and digital products provided by:

Flourish Financially (a joint initiative between Dr. Sophie Jablonski, trading as Dr. Sophie Coaching, and Ms. Minna Schmidt, trading under her own name) (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By purchasing or participating in any of our offers, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

We provide financial education, coaching, and training services designed to support individuals in improving their financial knowledge, confidence, and decision-making.

All services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

3. No Financial, Legal or Medical Advice

We do not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or medical advice.

Nothing in our services should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial product or make any specific financial decision.

You remain fully responsible for your own decisions.

Coaching is not therapy or counselling. If you are under the care of a medical or mental health professional, you should consult them before participating. Coaching is a non-therapeutic, forward-looking process and does not diagnose, treat, or address mental health conditions.

4. Payments

All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Payments may be made:

  • as a one-time payment, or
  • via a payment plan (e.g., instalments through Stripe)

By choosing a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Failure to complete payments may result in:

  • suspension or removal of access to the programme
  • additional recovery actions if necessary
5. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, by purchasing digital content or programmes from us, you expressly:

  • request immediate access to the content, and
  • acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access to the digital content has begun.

As a result, all purchases are final and we do not offer refunds, except where required by applicable law.

In exceptional cases, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund.

6. Access to Programmes and Materials

When you purchase a course or programme, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content.

Access duration (e.g., limited or lifetime access) will be specified on the relevant sales page.

You agree:

  • not to share login details
  • not to distribute or reproduce materials
  • not to use the content for commercial purposes

We reserve the right to revoke access if these terms are violated.

7. Programme Delivery & Changes

We reserve the right to:

  • modify programme content
  • reschedule live sessions
  • update materials

If a programme is cancelled by us, you may be offered:

  • a rescheduled date, or
  • an appropriate partial or full refund
8. Client Responsibility

You agree to:

  • participate responsibly
  • ensure you have the required technology (e.g., internet access, Zoom, etc.)
  • take full responsibility for your results

Results are not guaranteed and depend on your own actions and circumstances.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, and resources are owned by Flourish Financially.

You may not:

  • copy, reproduce, or distribute materials
  • record sessions without permission
  • use content to create your own programmes
10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • any direct or indirect damages;
  • financial losses;
  • any decisions, actions, or results arising from your use of our services or reliance on any content provided.

All use of our services is at your own risk.

11. Third-Party Tools

We may engage third-party service providers or collaborators to support the delivery of our programmes (e.g., Stripe, Zoom, course platforms).

We are not responsible for:

  • technical issues;
  • platform downtime;
  • third-party data handling.
12. Privacy

If you provide personal data, it will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://flourishfinancially.org/privacy-policy/).

We may use anonymised feedback or testimonials for marketing purposes. Any identifiable use (e.g., images, recordings) will only be done with your prior consent.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
